All-on-4 vs All-on-6 Dental Implants

All-on-4
Four implants support a full arch of 12–14 teeth. Best for patients with significant bone loss because the two rear implants are angled to use existing bone.
All-on-6
Six implants provide more support and better load distribution — often recommended for patients who put heavy force on their teeth or prefer a fixed (non-removable) bridge.
Cost difference
All-on-6 typically runs 20–30% more than All-on-4 in Istanbul. Both are dramatically cheaper than Western pricing — expect $8,000–12,000 full-arch in Istanbul vs $30,000–50,000 in the US.
